Vile Vortices

If you know what those are, let’s be nerd besties! You are also likely a fan of Lost and/or X-files. And you have theories. About things…*sideways glances*

So. I have been somewhat absent again. I haven’t written for so long, that now I feel obligated to write a post explaining myself. Or summarizing what all has happened in the last month or so. Because I can’t just hop back on here and write about what I want to without getting that out-of-the-way, right?

Well, I don’t really feel like doing the summary post so I am just writing this instead. Which is nothing. But something at the same time.

If I go silent for too long, it just tends to feed the silence. Because I don’t know where to start. My thoughts become so backed up and sloshed together. If I am writing, everything in my head makes mores sense. There is more room, since a little gets let out everyday.

But right now I have brain constipation. So this post serves as the gross dumping ground that will now make way for something of substance.

Glad I got that out. Sorry you are reading this. Here are some cute pictures to make up for it.

  1. I am a new reader so if it’s any consolation, I had no idea you hadn’t posted in awhile.

Also, I LIKE those animal jammies.

  2. Supah-cute photos! And I did not mind your brain dump – whatever keeps you writing. 🙂

(Oh! LOST! Maybe you can explain the finale to me?)

  3. I know exactly what you mean about the blogging thing and then having to just post something because otherwise you will never post again. I have this struggle all the time. I have to stay up until 1am just to type anything, and that is only when I have the chance. So it seems like everytime I go back to write something, these days, I am mentally punching walls and just forcing myself to write something, anything, so it is done and my blog isn’t dead. Okay, way more info about ME than you needed. The “sorry you are reading this” made me laugh laugh laugh. B is sitting so well, it’s crazy. He is strong. Strong and precious.

  4. I know what you mean, darling. And I get it.

And B is a ridiculous lady killer. Olivia swipes for the Christmas card ALL THE TIME with giggles.

  5. No need to explain! I’m a fan of just jumping right in.

Isobel adores your Christmas card. Well, so do I, but she likes to walk around with it and show everyone her “baby.” I had to take it away from her before she ruined it with love.

  6. Have I told you lately that I love your kid’s face?
